FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which side of the port (NY vs NJ) do you cover?

Both. Most container traffic is on the NJ side (Elizabeth/Newark); cruise vessels split between Brooklyn / Manhattan / Cape Liberty (NJ). Our engineers cover all.

Do you handle the Northeast winter weather logistics?

Yes — December–March we plan for ice, snow and reduced daylight. Hot-work on antenna mounts is rescheduled if conditions are unsafe. We bring cold-weather gear.

Can you coordinate with charterers based in NYC or Stamford?

Yes — many of our enquiries originate from charterer offices in New York and Connecticut. We can attend in-person briefings before boarding.
