FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does Mexican customs (SAT) work for vessel spares?

SAT clearance via Veracruz or Altamira typically takes 3–5 business days for new imports. Re-exportable spares under temporary admission are faster. We coordinate with despachantes in both ports.

Do you cover Pacific Mexico (Lázaro Cárdenas, Manzanillo)?

Yes, via a separate dispatch (engineer flies in or partner attends). Pacific Mexico is increasingly important due to nearshoring trade.

Can you support PEMEX-related charters at Coatzacoalcos / Pajaritos?

Yes — we have experience with PEMEX-chartered tankers and the operational requirements at the southern Veracruz / Tabasco oil terminals.
